What are we looking for?
For all 6 roles:Â Cleaner, Chef, HeadChef, Kitchen Porter, Wagon Driver, we are searching for this kind of candidate profile:
- English language required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITES
1. CLEANER responsibilities:
- Ensuring active cleanliness, rigorous hygiene, and adherence to safety standards across all our locations.
- Strict adherence to all health and safety regulations.
- Safely performing various cleaning activities, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bed preparation, washing dishes, pots, pans, and catering equipment, as well as cleaning toilets.
2. CHEF responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of food expenses by managing stocks and assisting in ordering replenishments and other provisions.
- Providing cover for the Head Chef when necessary.
- Assisting the Head Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to the menu and approved recipes.
3. HEAD CHEF responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking meals according to rigorous standards of food hygiene, quality, and presentation.
- Efficient organization of tasks for meal preparation, cooking, and presentation according to the menu, recipe, and specifications regarding allergens and nutrition.
- Supervising and managing the team to ensure efficient workflow and a high-quality culinary experience.
- Ensuring smooth operation of the catering service, including daily management of operations.
- Developing and managing work schedules, as well as accurately administering timesheets and leave requests.
4. Wagon Driver responsibilities:
- Responsible for accepting deliveries, checking the quantity and quality of stock;
- Responsible for organizing proper storage of stocks in accordance with warehouse policy;
- Responsible for delivering goods according to the delivery schedule, ensuring signatures are obtained for all deliveries;
- Reporting any discrepancies or account anomalies to the Line Manager;
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of spaces and facilities.
5. Kitchen Porter responsibilities:
- Responsible for proactively maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety in the kitchen, ensuring all cleaning rotations and schedules are met according to cleaning information sheets;
- Performs kitchen tasks such as washing and drying dishes and utensils to a high standard of hygiene throughout the shift, including the use of industrial dishwashing machines where applicable;
- Responsible for compliance with all health and safety regulations, including risk assessments, safe working systems, COSHH assessments, and safety data sheets;
- Responsible for transporting food, equipment, and other catering consumables from stores to the kitchen.
6. Fleet Coordinator responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities of the vehicle fleet to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles are in safe and working condition.
- Maintain and update records of vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance.
