RESPONSIBILITES

1. CLEANER responsibilities:

  • Ensuring active cleanliness, rigorous hygiene, and adherence to safety standards across all our locations.
  • Strict adherence to all health and safety regulations.
  • Safely performing various cleaning activities, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bed preparation, washing dishes, pots, pans, and catering equipment, as well as cleaning toilets.

2. CHEF responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of food expenses by managing stocks and assisting in ordering replenishments and other provisions.
  • Providing cover for the Head Chef when necessary.
  • Assisting the Head Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to the menu and approved recipes.

3. HEAD CHEF responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking meals according to rigorous standards of food hygiene, quality, and presentation.
  • Efficient organization of tasks for meal preparation, cooking, and presentation according to the menu, recipe, and specifications regarding allergens and nutrition.
  • Supervising and managing the team to ensure efficient workflow and a high-quality culinary experience.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of the catering service, including daily management of operations.
  • Developing and managing work schedules, as well as accurately administering timesheets and leave requests.

4. Cleaning Supervisor responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering a safe, efficient service;
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards;
  • Responsible for managing the use of items.

5. Wagon Driver responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accepting deliveries, checking the quantity and quality of stock;
  • Responsible for organizing proper storage of stocks in accordance with warehouse policy;
  • Responsible for delivering goods according to the delivery schedule, ensuring signatures are obtained for all deliveries;
  • Reporting any discrepancies or account anomalies to the Line Manager;
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of spaces and facilities.

6. Kitchen Porter responsibilities:

  • Responsible for proactively maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety in the kitchen, ensuring all cleaning rotations and schedules are met according to cleaning information sheets;
  • Performs kitchen tasks such as washing and drying dishes and utensils to a high standard of hygiene throughout the shift, including the use of industrial dishwashing machines where applicable;
  • Responsible for compliance with all health and safety regulations, including risk assessments, safe working systems, COSHH assessments, and safety data sheets;
  • Responsible for transporting food, equipment, and other catering consumables from stores to the kitchen.

7. Customer Service Assistant responsibilities:

  • Serving and interacting with customers in a proactive, polite, friendly, and helpful manner.
  • Accurately accepting and processing payments for products and food using various methods.
  • Controlling stock availability to meet customer requirements by planning deliveries.

8. Customer Service Supervisor responsibilities:

  • Ensure that stock is stored, prepared, rotated, displayed, promoted, merchandised and handled in a legal manner and to minimise shrinkage;
  • Control availability of stock to ensure customer demands are met by planning deliveries and controlling acceptance methods (checking quality, quantity etc), reporting discrepancies and signing documentation;
  • Control cash and minimise loss by reconciling tills, cash takings, safe contents and banking.
