Senior Project Manager

Client Description:

Adecco is looking for a Senior Project Manager, ready to join a top player company within telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

As Senior Project Manager you will:

• Define the scope of the project by communicating with stakeholders.
• Create and lead the dedicated team for the project.
• Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.
• Be accountable and hold people and units accountable for their contributions.
• Lead and manage complex projects with global teams and regular reporting into C-Level.
• Drive and lead change towards a performance driven culture.
• Drive efficient projects: ensure milestones and scorecard achievement (quality, cost, time, deliveries, communication flows).
• Facilitate the ceremonies for planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives with the team and Product Owner.
• Facilitate team to meet given deadlines by upholding the expected level of quality and ability to prioritize features.
• Communicate effectively with higher management and possess strong leadership skills to manage/lead teams.
• Anticipate risks and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from delivering on stated objectives.
• Embrace, coach, and evangelize agile values and principles in the team and across the organization.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders for sprint performance and team performance for ensuring the stakeholder satisfaction.
• Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.
• Liaising with executives and other departments and providing reports on project progress as required.
• Ensuring project timeline and budget are adhered to.
• Assess and evaluate Project Performance – give feedback on improvements needed.

Candidate Profile:

To succeed in this role you should have:

• Higher education in field of engineering, SCM, business administration or relevant work experience in Project Management.
• General view of the business and the detailed view of the product and project.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
• You are excellent storyteller based on facts, in oral and written presentations, proposals, specifications, and reports.
• An entrepreneur-like mindset, constantly driving for efficiency and positive change, but more importantly, you consistently deliver outstanding results.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing.
