Client Description:
Adecco Human Resources is recruiting a Portal Admin & ServiceNow Developer for our client, a leading global provider of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services.
Responsibilities:
- Configuring ServiceNow applications to meet the diverse needs of our business and users;
- Developing workflows and scripts to enhance existing ServiceNow applications or create new ones;
- Collaborating closely with customers and users to research, design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions;
- Ensuring an outstanding user satisfaction at our touchpoints (e.g. Employee Portal, Virtual Agent, Mobile) in partnership with our user experience team and other product teams;
- Prototyping and evaluating new innovative solutions that drive significant improvements in our business processes (e.g., Generative AI, Automation, …).
- Assisting in identifying and implementing best practices for the development of ServiceNow applications;
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the ServiceNow platform, implemented use cases and integrations to 3rd party applications.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow implementation;
- 1+ years’ experience with at least one of the following ServiceNow modules:
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Employee Center
- Virtual Agent
- Now Mobile
- Demonstrate a general understanding of web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, REST APIs, etc.);
- Drive to explore and adopt new technologies, such as ML / AI;
- First experience with user experience methods is a plus.
