Accountant - 6 Months Project
Client Description:
We are currently hiring an Accountant - 6 Months Project for an international association that fights poverty and inequality.
Responsibilities:
What you have to do:
· Help to ensure the analytical follow-up.
· Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
· Monitor the cash needs of partners.
· Assist in the preparation of financial reports to donors within the contractual deadlines.
· Verifies compliance with procedures and the legibility of expenditure on its mission.
· Tracks invoices pending payment.
· Collects information from new suppliers for their creation in people soft.
· Assists in reconciliation between financial reports and reports submitted to donors.
The position being a project for a period of 6 months, on-site - Bucharest.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate:
· Relevant diploma or equivalent accounting qualification;
· A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an accounting services;
· Excellent knowledge of Excel;
· English at an advanced level;
· PeopleSoft accounting software a plus.
