Junior Sales&Operations Planner
Client Description:
We are currently hiring a Junior Sales&Operations Planner for aur client, a global leader in elevators and escalators.
This position will be based in Bucharest, Romania, hybrid model. Project Based =>Contract for a fixed period of 2 years at the beginning
Responsibilities:
- S&OP is the contact person between financial, operational at the level of invoices, communications, month-end closing reports, forecast.
- Extracting reports and data and interpreting them
- Receives the weekly list of invoices that must be checked (if they have all the documents attached and if the amounts are correct) and sent to the share service center.
- It is the interface with the bank to issue bank letters of guarantee
- Developing a forecast to estimate the next steps in business
Candidate Profile:
- University studies, in economics, finance, public administration
- Advanced level English
- Average excel level
- The desire to grow and develop within the company
- Very good communication skills
