Client Description:
Our client is from entertainment field with several attractions in Europe yearly over 1.000.000 visitors. The business is about creating unique, memorable and rewarding visitor experiences, achieved through the passion and dynamism of the teams, and having a unique portfolio of iconic brands.
They also invest into start-up companies within the entertainment and tourism industry and associated services.
Responsibilities:
Tasks
1. smooth running a specific shift
2. wearing of work clothes (T shirt)
3. guests basic, full information, advice
4. management, positioning and continuous monitoring of subordinates
5. working with the kitchen manager during the given shift
6. recording and accounting for events, accounting for game items in the morning according to the specified list
7. conducting the daily opening meetings, assigning daily tasks in consultation with the Park Manager
8. completing daily opening and closing documents as required
9. filling in operating log
10. supply of cashier's deposits
11. management of the household fund, compliance with the related rules of operation
12. accounting for daily revenues according to the Money Management Policy
13. empty accounting of daily funds according to the Money Management Policy
14. reversal of receipts, documentation as required
15. managing the website in relation to prices and opening hours
16. documenting failed game items in a designated document
17. participation in park discussions
18. continuous reporting to the Park Manager, consultation with the Park Manager about his work with the Park Manager
19. handling complaints in such a way as to avoid using the customer's book as much as possible
20. accident report and precise driving of insurance documents in the event of an accident
21. other tasks entrusted to the Park Manager
Responsibilities
1. ensuring the safe operation of the park
2. management of the operational operation of the park
3. ensuring the optimal energy-using operation of the park and checking it – when opening, operating and closing
4. professional management of game elements
5. Compliance with policy and other rules
6. correct management of cash registers, enforcement of money management rules
7. daily income and full accounting of the household fund
8. distribution of current marketing materials to guests
9. itemized receipt of goods according to the regulations
10. signing invoices
11. checking and signing the attendance records of subordinates
