Client Description:

Our client is from entertainment field with several attractions in Europe yearly over 1.000.000 visitors. The business is about creating unique, memorable and rewarding visitor experiences, achieved through the passion and dynamism of the teams, and having a unique portfolio of iconic brands.


They also invest into start-up companies within the entertainment and tourism industry and associated services.


Responsibilities:

Coordinate operation of the Park - complete all related duties, delegate and control completion of duties

1. Delivering daily operational tasks, delegating relevant tasks, controlling colleagues

2. Preparing working schedule for all positions, ensuring optimal number of employees in a shift

3. Keeping contact with HR regarding staffing needs from HR agencies and internal positions

4. Coordinating subordinates, organizing for them relevant weekly shifts in relevant positions

5. Daily control of attendance sheets and sending attendance sheets to HR on the last working day of the relevant month

6. Sending weekly orderings to Purchasing regarding buffet and all daily used staff

7. Organizing and keeping regular meetings with shift managers, kitchen staff

8. Training and teaching colleagues who handle toy items

9. recording and accounting of events

10. accounting for daily income as required

11. settlement of change money and money against bills without discrepancy

12. indicating, giving out and checking the need for maintenance of toy components

13. contacting with HR department 

Coordination of smooth operation of shifts

1. Providing relevant, proper and full information to guests regarding the operation of the park and toy items 

2. handling guest claims

3. handling cashier machines according to regulations

4. proper management of the cashier

5. working with the buffet manager to manage it for a smooth service

6. ensuring safe operation of toy items

7. controlling cleanness of the parks, indicating low level of cleaning to supplier

8. completing Shift manager tasks if there is a need to  

 

Reporting to Operational Manager, evaluation

1. Other tasks received from Operational Manager

2. Regularly organizing meetings with Operational Manager for evaluating completed tasks

3. Taking part in meetings


Controlling daily operation of the Park

1. Ensuring safe operation of the park

2. professional handling of toy elements, equipment, toy devices and keeping the related documentation update

3. controlling servicing of toy items

4. thorough, professional training of employees in each position, its control

5. compliance with the House Rules and Terms of Use

6. proper management of cash registers, compliance with money management regulations

7. accounting for daily income and money, preparing it for delivery

8. monitoring the operation of IT equipment

9. keeping arranged office, filed, sorted documents
