Finance Manager
Client Description:
Adecco Human Resources is recruiting a Finanacial Manager for our client, a manufacturer of intelligent fluid flow equipment, including pumps, valves, heat exchangers and control solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the daily activities like financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger;
· Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information;
· Supervise financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team;
· Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital to support the organization's growth;
· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements;
· Ensures timely payment of the company’s obligations to the state budget and other institutions;
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and identify areas for improvement;
· Assist in the annual budgeting preparation process and provide ongoing financial analysis and reporting;
· Manage the relationship with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process;
· Working within a matrix organisation with reporting lines into the EMEA Financial Director and also our head quarters in Toronto;
· Stay up-to-date with legislation changes, industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in financial management.
Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business/Administration, Economics;
· CIMA or ACCA qualification is an advantage;At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role;
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis techniques;
· Proficiency in Global ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills;
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities;
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
· Preferably experience in a manufacturing environment, product costing knowledge, project accounting desirable, along with BOMs;
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional international teams;
· Advanced knowledge of English language
