Admin Consultant-HR Inspector


Adecco is recruiting an Admin Consultant-HR Inspector for Bucharest offices.
Candidate profile:
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in personnel administration and payroll services, consultancy experience would be considered a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of tax legislation and work legislation;
  • Strong knowledge of administration of personnel and salary calculation;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • English – level: medium-advanced, both written and oral (will communicate with external parties frequently);
  • PC Skills: - MS Excel – advanced, - Navision will be a plus;
  • Strong organizing, planning and analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility;
  • Prioritization and multitasking skills, ability to work on multiple client accounts.

Main responsibilities:
  • Preparation of employment, termination forms (individual labor contract, personnel file, health&safety, decision, employee departure forms, ensure proper record entries in the General Register of Employees (REVISAL);
  • Permanent information on legislative changes in the labor legislation and payroll;
  • Manages the database of employees for multiple client accounts, operating at the correct time entries and exits;
  • Ensures consultancy services to our clients and employees on admin issues and payroll legislation, constantly maintaining communication with them, keep track for all contractual changes, respecting the workforce legislation and keeping also the relationship with authorities;
  • Preparing the monthly timesheets for client companies, in strong partnership with the client;
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports;
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits;
  • Checks the accuracy of the timesheets and deliverables (benefits and deductions, medical leaves, holidays reports, overtime, expense reports, other payroll elements), and if there are omissions / errors, proposes changes / additions and monitors their implementation;
  • Send to the finance department the needed amounts of money in order to pay advances, salaries, deductions, expenses to third parties and specific taxes; Prepare and check expense reports and submit them to payroll for payment;
  • Follows the implementation of legislative changes in existing processes in order to ensure that the deliverables and practices are used in accordance with the laws in force.
