Account & Administration Manager


Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client - a leader in the field of energy production from renewable sources - for an Account & Administration Manager willing to learn and share his/her knowledge with their team, based in Bucharest. 

Key Responsibilities:

The financial manager, answering directly to CFO of the Alerion Group will have the task of defining and optimizing the system of economic, fiscal and administrative governance of the group in Romania:
  • Coordination and control of the correct performance of accounting, administrative and financial activities, in accordance with the fiscal and accounting consultant;
  • Elaboration and preparation of reporting packages for the Group's consolidated financial statements;
  • Management control, budgeting, forecasting, financial reviews, cash flow, aimed at the production of reports for management;
  • Management of tax obligations, maintenance of VAT books and books and registers provided for by civil and tax legislation;
  • Management of relations with credit institutions, suppliers and customers, with regard to economic and administrative obligations;
  • Management of financial activities and planning;
  • Management of administration of employees.


Key Requirements:
  • Degree: Degree in economic disciplines;
  • The ideal candidate has a training in economic disciplines and has gained consolidated experience in a similar role in medium-structured companies;
  • A good knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards;
  • Capacity of leadership and coordination of structured teams of resources, fluent knowledge of Romanian, English language and preferably of Italian ;
  • Knowledge of MS Office, excellent Excel, and familiarity with the main IT tools;
  • Very motivated, able to organize his activities independently, to work for objectives and with a natural propensity for teamwork;
  • Experience of 8/10 years in the administrative and financial area.
