Account Receivable Italian Speaker

We are hiring now for one of our clients, a modern and agile company, listed as a reference in credit insurance and risk management, with a worldwide presence and more than 4000 employs that decided to open a fresh new Shared Service Center in Bucharest with Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Accounting and Technical Accounting activities.
The candidate we are looking for should have excellent knowledge of the accounting processes, outstanding analysis and synthesis skills and ability to adapt to transformation.

 Job Description:
  • Analyzing financial reports and records.
  • Ensure accuracy of postings;
  • Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations.
  • Assisting with financial and tax audits.
  • Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team;
  • Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and manager.


• Good knowledge in Italian tax laws: Vat, cassa tax, withholding tax and Enasarco;
• It would be preferable accounting diploma/degree;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable
• Organization and prioritization skills and ability to respect deadlines;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Confidentiality;
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills;
• Team work oriented;
• Work well in a high-pressure environment;
• Good knowledge of Sap P2P process;
• Good knowledge of excel.
