Product Manager
For one of our clients, a French company producer of small home appliances, with famous brands such as Moulinex, Tefal, Rowenta, Krups, we are looking for a Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Continuous observation of the market (sell-out datas, trade contacts, panels) for preparation of analyses and identification of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
- Definition of the mid-term strategy, ranges price analysis
- Product positioning and selling story / product program supported by market analysis, in coordination with SBU / Continent
- Coordination of sales-promotions activities, loyalties offers and action plan calendar in collaboration with countries and trade marketing department
- Monthly sales analysis with focus on margin / NSP, Mid term forecast, Loyalties follow up
- Preparation of marketing plans, collaboration in budget planning and continuous supervision with regard to deviations
- Offering feedback to the Strategic Business Unit Marketing / Continent teams on the local market and competitors evolution
- Inform and train sales force on product / market evolution, provide launch package to sales team
- Coordinate and folow up marketing operations with other departments
- Response to end-user enquiries
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration (Marketing)
- 2 or 3 years experience in field of product management, sales experience desirable
- Fluent English
- Ability to think and act analytically, excel and logic skills
- Communicative / Interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership
- Priority setting and organizational skills, excellent time management and pro-activity
- Team player / global player
- Very good knowledge of product
- Creativity
