Direct To Consumer Manager


For one of our clients, a French company producer of small home appliances, with famous brands such as Moulinex, Tefal, Rowenta, Krups, we are looking for a experienced Direct To Consumer Manager with strong skills in Marketing & e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Project management.
The role of the Direct To Consumer Manager: 
Contributes to developing the company's own e-retail business & consumer satisfaction on brand.com websites by coordinating DTC projects inside of the market between the different local teams (Commerce, Marketing, Digital, etc.) & the Regional Share Service Center
Responsibilities:
  • Integrated management and coordination of online sales through branded online stores (Direct to Consumer online stores)
  • Set the market online Direct To Consumer Business plan & Roadmap together with local teams (Marketing, Commerce, etc.) & coordinates the implementation of DTC local roadmap by collaborating with the regional DTC Share Service Center and with local subject matter experts 
  • Define the supply forecast for DTC products, together with local marketing teams, forecast that will be consolidated at regional level by the Shared Service Center 
  • Coordination of development and communication with external IT providers regarding web shop platform, related functionality, operational efficiency, etc.
  • Management of sales plans and budgets (shipments to the operating partner, sales to end users, cooperative budget management, additional marketing investments, etc.)
  • Manage the stock of online stores, forecast of shipments, control the implementation of plans
  • Managing external provider for warehousing and logistics/customer services 
  • Formation of assortment policy (assortment matrix, price positioning, priority categories and goods, etc.)
  • Implementation of KPIs for planned indicators, their monitoring and analytics (turnover, marginality, effectiveness of marketing investments, level of the stock, category structure of sales, etc.)
  • Coordination of the marketing strategy implementation for the development of D2C stores
  • Control over the implementation of initiatives on the partner side (project team management on the partner side)
  • Assistance to partners in organizing and developing their marketing and commercial structures
  • Conducting negotiations with partners for the most effective planning of joint activities
  • Coordination of internal and external document flow with partners

Requirements:
  • Master degree, strong e-commerce & digital knowledge
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce operations on Business side
  • English (written & spoken) – profficiency working level
