Commercial Controller
Adecco Resurse Umane is recruiting for its client - one of the biggest French retail company worldwide, a Commercial Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the monthly performance review: supplier performance, category performance, sales performance (promotional activities), etc.;
- Follow-up the negotiation performance to identify potential for profitability increase;
- Detailed analysis for P&L indicators at departmental level, identification of problems and proposal of solutions for improvement;
- Combine financial and analytical skills to support decision-making;
- Provide continuous support in terms of deep analysis and business performance to the relevant business leaders;
- Perform KPI monitoring and analysis, propose measures for business results improvements;
- Analyze results in comparison with the budget/ forecast/ historical trends and associated with KPIs;
- Prepare highly documented explanations for deviations.
Requirements:
- Rigorous, involved, meticulous, results-oriented, analytical;
- Good communication skills and good ability to challenge others’ opinion;
- Be proactive, independent, curious and able to propose a new perspective on analysis;
- Strong Excel and analytical skills (Excel VBA would be an advantage);
- Solid understanding of databases, statistics and business intelligence tools;
- Experience in a retail company in business controlling/analyses team will be highly appreciated;
- English or French speaker.
