Customer Service Order Processing Specialist


Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, an international leader in the production of electrical systems and home automation solutions, for a Customer Service Order Processing Specialist  in Bucharest Office.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to customers;
  • Process order changes/updates requested by customers;
  • Assist customer service duties as needed, including quotations, calls, questions, inquiries, etc.
  • Analyze the orders as per the process defined to be in conformity with the sales agreements and quality procedures;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Previous working experience with ERP system (SAP is an advantage);
  • 1-3 years customer service/ order entry related experience;
  • Good level of  English language;
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills;
  • High proficiency in keyboarding and data entry while maintaining accuracy;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment;
  • Proven success in a job or tasks requiring strong attention to detail.
