Marketing specialist
ADECCO Resurse Umane alongside its client- a well established company in the field of production and distribution of frozen products is looking for a marketing specialist. You will be responsible for creating a strong brand presence with great promotional offerings, both online and offline marketing campaigns and events.
Responsibilities
- Defines the characteristics and ensures the growth of company's own brands
- Builds the brief of creation, media, merchandising, research, monitors and supports the execution of projects, especially in the area of product development, packaging and promotional materials
- Develops and offers support in the relationship with external agencies for creation, design, research, promotion in Social Media
- Together with the Marketing Manager, contributes to the planning and coordination of the annual marketing budget
- Plan and execute campaigns and events
- Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
- Create online and offline marketing content
- Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
- Monitors and analyzes the activities of competitors and recommends ways of reaction.
- Makes field visits to keep up with the market development.
- Maintain contact with your counterparts in the marketing teams of our suppliers to ensure the implementation of marketing plans for each brand.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years' of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG/FOOD industry
- Bachelor/Master in Marketing or a related field of study
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creativity, innovation and ease in expressing ideas
- Passion for cooking and food products -we have tastings!
- Advanced level of English
- Computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Social Media tools, etc.)
- Ability and desire to grow professionally into a Senior role;
