HR Manager


Adecco Professional Placement is looking for its prestigious client, an automotive multinational company in Buzau, an HR Manager.
Candidate profile:
-Bachelor degree;
-Very good knowledge of tax legislation and work legislation;
-Very good knowledge of administration of personnel and payroll services;
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international organization;
-High level of confidentiality and accountability;
-English advanced level;
-Very good MS-Office skills;
-SAP implementation experience – is an advantage;
-Very good leadership skills;
-Well-organized, enthusiasm and initiative;
-Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills;
-Strong written and verbal communication skills;
-Good team player;
-Good organization and problem-solving skills.
Job profile:
 


-Provide the knowledge, necessary tools, training, administrative services, coaching, legal and management advice, and talent management oversight that the rest of the organization needs for successful operation;
-Responsible for organization development that generates the culture of the organization;
-Ensuring that the organization has an overall mission, vision, and values;
-Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel;
-Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department;
-Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
These responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:
-Implementing and revising THE company’s compensation program;
-Revising job descriptions;
-Coordinating the company’s evaluation program;
-Revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures;
-Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures;
-Maintaining affirmative action programs;
-Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads;
-Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling;
-Overseeing exit interviews;
-Maintaining department records and reports;
-Participating in administrative staff meetings;
-Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
