Customer Service

Adecco is recruting for one of its clients a Customer Service for a IT compay who is delivering software services regarding gambling domain.
The role is to act as a first line of contact with the customer base. You will be tasked to make outbound calls to users in a strategic manner. The users may have shown an initial interest in our product without converting, your goal will be to secure their conversion. You may also make calls to people who have converted previously but have since drifted away from the product, your aim will be to re-engage these individuals and return them to regularly using our sites. You will also act as a support option for customers requesting follow up calls and 1 to 1 explanations of certain aspects of what we do. You will need to quickly develop an understanding of the entire product, being aware of which sports, competitions and markets we offer to customers. You will need to learn the processes which underpin the product and how the logistics that power our websites function. We can offer an exciting, young and dynamic environment in which you will be rewarded for your success. 
Shifts can be flexible and start times may be staggered. A full time daily shift will last for 8.5 hours with 0.5 hour break. The team will work across all 7 days of each week with any one team member working a max 5 days. 
The program is 24/7. Day shift between 10 am and 7 pm and Night Shift 9:00 pm and 6 a.m.
The candidate-Company Requirements:
We are looking for applicants with strong English speaking skills. The customers who you will communicate with will be English speakers and it is vital that applicants are 100% comfortable and confident when speaking English. Ideally we will be looking for people with relevant previous experience in a similar outbound calling type position. Candidates with strong CS backgrounds will also be viewed favourably. The role will demand a candidate that is fast thinking, can problem solve with ease and has strong communication skills both with customers and team mates. 
Candidates will need to be IT competent with strong microsoft office skills. We will be requiring staff to keep accurate records and logging outcomes of calls too so attention to detail and being trustworthy are further key criteria. In time there will be the opportunity for members of the team to progress into more senior positions and to have a team leader role within the group. All of  the successful applicants will report into an operations manager who will act as the focal point of the new outbound calls team. Strong guidance and support will be provided from the business and all training material and sales briefs will be provided as well.
