Senior AssociateTalent Acquisition Specialist


Adecco Professional & Executive Search is looking for one of its client, Exiger, the leader in the provision of technology-enabled regulatory, financial crime, risk and compliance solutions, for a Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Bucharest.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with the global Talent & Culture team and hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of our open roles and global recruitment process.
  • Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for all personally assigned requisitions from in-take meeting with hiring managers, sourcing and interviewing, selection through to new hire onboarding.
  • Own and drive 20-25 active requisitions at various phases of the hiring cycle at any given time.
  • Manage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral, sourcing, on and off-line advertising, and events.

  • Schedule phone, onsite and video interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers in defining their needs and specifying requirements.
  • Coach, advise & guide hiring managers and interviewers to leverage best practices in recruitment and hiring.
  • Leverage recruitment and market data to inform and influence local and key hiring decisions.
  • Position the company as an employer of choice by building relationships with universities and attending student events and career fairs.
  • Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas.

  • Manage the onboarding process of all new hires locally through background check and company' systems onboarding.
  • Liaise internally with all the company' Business Units, IT, Finance and other Global Shared Services teams to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage candidate flow and onboarding through our Applicant Tracking System, Lever.

  • Participate and or lead special projects as it relates to global and local Talent& Culture initiatives.

  • Provide weekly updates on; open roles and the candidates recruiting status, onboarding status of new hires.
  • Understanding of local and regional compliance standards.

 


Knowledge & Skills


  • Advanced sourcing skills including the use of social networks and research resources.

  • Ability to build credibility with hiring managers to consult and influence.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and an impactful presentation style.
  • Strong evaluation skills and demonstrated experience in interview and selection techniques.
  • A high degree of customer focus, business acumen, and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Have a creative mindset to identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • Through direct and personalized outreach and relationship-building techniques, converting passive prospects into interested candidates for our open projects.
  • Proactively source candidates through cold calling internal and external referrals, searching social networks and job boards.

 


Professional Experience Required


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum four years of recruiting experience, with a preference for those in the financial services, banking and/or compliance positions. Proven success in an agency, search firm or corporate environment is a plus.
  • Must be highly proficient in written and spoken English and Romanian.
  • Strong desire to work with a team, to collaborate on our growth.
  • Data-driven, fast-paced and fact-based.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, inquisitive, problem-solving in nature.
  • Proven ability to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and make a contribution quickly.
  • A team player capable of working effectively with individuals throughout the organization.
