Recruitment and selection

Recruitment activities and interviews with the candidates are managed, shared and commented through an innovative online evaluation and video-interview tool, fully consolidated in the past two years, which allows us to overcome the need for physical presence of the candidate.

We can send tests and evaluations remotely for all the recruitment activities, depending on each type of profile and share the results online.

Contracting Adecco services

Our professionals can establish connections with clients and partners in Romania through Microsoft and Skype for Business, with which you can exchange documents, information and organize video calls or virtual meetings.

Finance, legal and administration

All our colleagues in the Finance, Legal and Administration departments have secure access to operating systems, even if they need to operate remotely.

The administration system and the payment of indirect personnel (temporary employees) is managed entirely by internal staff with secure access to the operating systems.

Internal communication channels are secured and optimized to ensure efficiency in decision-making traceability and immediate implementation.

Management of internal and external crises

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 epidemic, a crisis management committee has been set up, both nationally and locally, which is updated daily and very prompt in the adoption of relevant measures and their correct distribution.
