Descrierea postului:
- Is responsible for managing the company's finances;
- Develops or revises financial systems to meet the needs of the organization;
- Advises top management on financial resources and of operations costs and makes related recommendation;
- Communicates with the appropriate audit, tax and accounting authorities;
- Formulates policy for subordinate department managers;
- Supervises statutory audit and tax return filing;
- Follows development in the current local and international accounting standards, in business law, in tax regulation
Cerinte:
- University Degree in economic studies;
- Minimum 4 years experience on a similar position in a large company (preferable in the retail/ FMCG field);
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the following areas:
Accounting procedures and Romanian fiscal code;
Financial reporting;
Managerial reporting;
Budgeting and financial planning;
Treasury and working capital management;
Tax regulation;
Internal audit and control;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge;
- SAP working knowledge - advantage;
- Sarbanes Oxley procedures - advantage;
- Strong decision making abilities, good organizing skills, able to meet deadlines;
- Flexible, problem-solving attitude;
- Strong commitment towards delivering results.
