The candidate will work in a start up mode setting up HR policies, programs and practices:
including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and directing all HR services such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Will be responsible for general administration, office management and public relations.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage the workforce in compliance with local regulations, internal rules, and group policy
• Supervise the recruitment and selection activities
• Implement salary and compensation management
• Supervise the implementation of the training plan of the plant
• Manage the annual performance appraisal process and performance evaluation
• Develop the internal communication |

Cerinte: |
• University graduate
• At least 5 years experience in HR function in a multinational environment
• Rounded HR Generalist
• Previous experience in start up business
• Experience of recruiting Manufacturing roles
• Experience of setting up policies and procedures aligned to local laws and the global company
• Thorough knowledge of Romania labor law
• Health and safety background, legal background
• Fluent English & Romanian
• Good interpersonal skills, strong character
• Ability to work independently |
